Greenway representatives are available all day, every day to address technical and customer service issues. Our customers cannot achieve their best efficiencies when they are frustrated or confused by technology. That is why our services teams, along with Greenway’s inherently intuitive integrated solution, ensure maximum use and uptime.

Greenway’s Client Services team serves as the linchpin for PrimeSuite customer success. Delivered by Client Services, Greenway deployment services are designed to bridge the gap between the idea of working with an integrated electronic health record and practice management solution to productive utilization of PrimeSuite in practice. Deployment services include the project management and implementation activities required to integrate the Greenway solution into your workflows. Staffed with project managers, training specialists, field engineers and migration specialists, Greenway’s Client Services team works with your practice’s employees to complete the tasks required for successful deployment and integration of your PrimeSuite. This includes:
- Project planning and preparation (understanding the workflow and culture of your practice)
- Information systems deployment (hardware and networking infrastructure)

Greenway’s Customer Support services preserve and extend your investment in the Integrated Physician's Infrastructure through ongoing customer care. Delivered by our Customer Support team, Greenway support services assume responsibility for customer satisfaction upon your practice’s successful transition to PrimeSuite. While advocating your practice’s needs to other Greenway departments, these professionals also handle all aspects of support requests through our national call center.
In addition, the support team oversees electronic delivery of upgrades directly onto your PrimeSuite server when scheduled. To address the broad array of expertise required to underwrite your continued success with PrimeSuite, the Customer Support team has four main focus areas for customer care:

PrimeTraining helps to ensure the success of your investment in PrimeSuite. With multiple training courses offered for our EHR solution and our practice management solution customers, Greenway’s Training team maintains a regular schedule of PrimeTraining classes, including Free Fridays – web-based courses on the most popular curriculum offered at no charge each week.
Classes are conducted at the Greenway Training Center (GTC) in Carrollton, Georgia, or via instructor-led distance learning (online), depending on the course. Additionally, custom rate training can be delivered at the client’s site to meet special client requirements. Greenway also offers regional training opportunities.

The Practice Management curriculum targets practice administration professionals and offers PrimeTraining for administrators, supervisory personnel, billing managers, managing physicians, and application system administrators. Primarily focused on the clinical staff, the Electronic Health Record curriculum provides PrimeTraining solutions for physicians, providers, nurses, clinicians, technicians, medical assistants, medical records, charge entry and check-out personnel, clinical administrators, application super users, administrators, office managers and billing managers.
