Designed by a team of physicians, clinicians, practice administrators, hospital executives, community leaders and healthcare stakeholders dedicated to using technology to improve healthcare, PrimeSUITE can be easily personalized to adapt to your existing workflow.
Unlike most other solutions on the market, Greenway’s PrimeSUITE is based on a single database supporting all EHR and practice management functionality. That means data flows seamlessly from the clinical to administrative and financial sides of your organization…from the electronic patient chart to registration, scheduling, revenue cycle management (RCM) and reporting.
Workflow-centric approach speeds adoption
PrimeSUITE is designed to meet the nuanced needs of electronic clinical encounter documentation, enabling physicians to embrace our technology at the point of care or other points of clinical decision-making without disrupting their individual routines.
PrimeSUITE enables users to collect information and customize how it is presented and shared in a manner specific to the way they practice medicine. This maximizes data use, your investment and EHR results.
Customizable templates facilitate ease of use. Additionally, clinical content can be shared through the Clinical Content Library and between peers. More than 3,400 clinical templates are available in Greenway’s specialty-based content library.
A secure environment
As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Greenway develops solutions on the most current Microsoft platform. This streamlines updates, permits remote access, reduces support costs and helps ensure cross-platform, multi-location and organizational compatibility.
PrimeSUITE is developed on Microsoft’s .NET technology. This foundation provides authorized users remote Internet access to all practice and patient information in a highly secure environment.
Validated ROI
PrimeSUITE users have documented an increase to practice revenues of $21,600 to $81,500 per physician, per year.
Efficiencies are seen through coding improvements, elimination of transcription and paper chart expenses, better collection ratios and other streamlined practice activities.
Independent confirmation of ROI has been performed by companies such as Microsoft and auditors such as the Coker Group, Gates, Moore & Company and Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino, leading healthcare consulting and accounting firms.
