PrimeMobile

PrimeMobile, Greenway’s mobile desktop, provides anytime, anywhere access to information physicians need most. From any cell phone or smart phone with a data plan, physicians can access clinical reference tools and powerful workflow-enhancing applications, including charge capture, dictation and electronic prescribing, with the touch of an icon. Useful in both ambulatory and inpatient situations, PrimeMobile allows physicians to remotely access PrimeSuite data and/or imported hospital information systems (HIS) data such as schedules, rounds and patient information, then capture charges and return them to PrimeSuite for automatic posting and billing cycle completion.

No More Lost Charges

Financial managers are constantly seeking ways to reduce the number of outstanding accounts receivable days and improve their overall revenue cycle management process. PrimeMobile, powered by IQMax™, provides a fast, accurate and intuitive mobile solution for capturing charges in both inpatient and outpatient settings. By providing a simplistic approach to capturing Evaluation and Management (E&M) and procedure codes, lost fees can be a thing of the past.

Key Benefits

PrimeMobile benefits your organization by:

  • Enhancing the bottom line – Studies show, on average, 15% of valid charges never get billed. Billable charges that can be captured during rounds and those resulting from consultations rank among the largest of unbilled amounts. PrimeMobile fits the physicians’ workflow and provides a mobile, efficient solution to capturing lost charges.
  • Eliminating paper-based charge notes and other more complex coding solutions – The common alternative to PrimeMobile is a complex coding solution requiring more physician time than is available on billing documentation and notes. Handwritten notes have inherent problems. They are illegible and missing information that can delay distributing charges to billing staff. PrimeMobile provides a simple mobile solution to charge capture in both inpatient rounds and ambulatory care settings.
  • Improving information access and exchange – PrimeMobile’s integration with PrimeSuite and your hospital’s information systems puts a physician’s rounds list and schedule in a simple, hand-held device. Physicians select the patient and capture the charges. Patient data and charges are automatically merged with PrimeSuite.
  • Reducing costs, enhancing security and improving efficiency – Completed charges and associated patient data are integrated with PrimeSuite by wired or wireless synchronization. Coding and billing occurs with patient data already integrated into the charges so back-office efficiency is improved and denied claims are reduced.
