Flexible Service Contracts Available
All PrimeARM services can be engaged for long-term contracts or you may select appropriate services to fill specific needs for periods as short as 30 days to assist your organization is in resolving limited staffing problems. Our Unique Weekly Call Strategy
With your service, Greenway implements a unique and proactive approach to practice management through weekly scheduled calls between each RCM customer and their assigned Greenway business office expert. Each customer is assigned a PrimeARM representative who becomes part of the customer’s RCM team and is intimately knowledgeable of the customer’s business practices, problems and workflow.
PrimeARM representatives share a weekly status recap, review workflow issues, provide ongoing training, best practices and other tips to continue improvements. During each week’s call, the customer and Greenway team discuss the overall health of the practice, industry trends, strategy, benchmarks and other RCM opportunities.

Insurance Accounts Receivable Management Services
PrimeARM helps practices manage their business health, including insurance accounts receivable management services. Daily evaluation and submission of claims will reduce the amount more than 90 days past due. Claims review and validation of acceptance will also increase the percentage of clean claims being submitted. PrimeARM services include:
- Submit electronic and/or paper claims to government and commercial companies, either direct or via clearinghouse
- Accept and verify claims
- Review and follow up on outstanding claims
Patient Accounts Receivable Management Services
Daily evaluation of outstanding patient accounts will reduce the amount more than 90 days past due. This review will also assist in losses associated with bad debt accounts. PrimeARM services include:
- Review and submit patient statements weekly
- Produce and submit collection letters to all appropriate patients
- Field all incoming calls regarding patient accounts
Charge Posting Services
Daily evaluation and posting of charges by a dedicated charge entry clerk outside of the practice will provide cleaner claims due to less "in-office" distractions, as well as reduce office overhead expenses and/or allow for reallocation of office resources. PrimeARM services include:
- Review charges for Correct Coding Initiative (CCI) compliance
- Enter all fee tickets for office, inpatient and outpatient services
Payment Posting Services
Daily evaluation and posting of insurance and patient payments by a dedicated payment poster outside of the practice will provide cleaner account histories, more prompt denial follow-up and tracking of trends. PrimeARM services include:
