How to Download PrimeMobile

Providers utilizing the latest version of Greenway's PrimeSuite EHR for clinical and administrative patient data can access the information from any remote location by downloading PrimeMobile from Apple's App Store as a desktop icon onto their iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.

Before visiting the App store, please review the following instructions:

You can download a demo version of PrimeMobile without charge after providing your iTunes account information.  When you are ready to explore PrimeMobile with your PrimeSuite production data, contact Greenway's Inside Sales Management to submit your request.  Upon purchase, you will receive a free 30-day trial of PrimeMobile with your live production data!

1. Upgrade your device with iPhone 3.1 software update.
2. Go to the PrimeMobile page in the App store. New to the App store? Click here to learn more.
3. Tap Free, then tap Buy Now.
4. Sign into your account as requested, then tap OK.
   If you don’t have an iTunes Store account, tap Create New Account to set one up.
5. When starting up the application, tap "Trial" to connect to the demo data.

See the status of downloading 

After you begin downloading an application, its icon appears on the Home screen and shows a progress indicator.

If a download is interrupted, iPhone starts the download again the next time it has an Internet connection. Or, if you open iTunes on your computer, iTunes completes the download to your iTunes library (if your computer is connected to the Internet and signed in to the same iTunes account).
