How to Download PrimeMOBILE
Providers utilizing the latest version of Greenway's PrimeSUITE EHR for clinical and administrative patient data can access the information from any remote location by downloading PrimeMOBILE from Apple's App Store directly to their iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch.
Before visiting the App store, please review the following instructions:
You can download a demo version of PrimeMOBILE without charge after providing your iTunes account information. When you are ready to explore PrimeMOBILE with your PrimeSUITE production data, contact Greenway's Inside Sales Management to submit your request. Upon purchase, you will receive a free 30-day trial of PrimeMOBILE with your live production data!

- Make sure your device is upgraded with the latest software update from iTunes.
- Go to the PrimeMOBILE page in the Apple App Store. New to the App store? Click here to learn more.
- Tap Free, then tap Install.
- Sign into your account as requested, then tap OK. If you don’t have an iTunes Store account, tap Create New Account to set one up.
- When starting up PrimeMOBILE for the first time, tap "Trial" to connect to the demo data.
See the status of downloading
After you begin downloading an application, its icon appears on the Home screen of your device and shows a progress indicator.
If a download is interrupted, the device starts the download again the next time it has an Internet connection. Or, if you open iTunes on your computer, iTunes completes the download to your iTunes library (if your computer is connected to the Internet and signed in to the same iTunes account).
