Greenway's Certification, Interoperability and                     Meaningful Use Commitment

Greenway Medical Technologies has historically dedicated its standards-based, interoperable EHR and entire Integrated Physicians Infrastructure^® solution to the highest and most comprehensive thresholds of innovation and certification.

That's why Greenway is offering its customers a financial guarantee tied directly to the attainment of meaningful use stimulus funds being provided by the HITECH Act of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Greenway's PrimeSuite^® 2011 is a pre-market, conditional CCHIT Certified® Ambulatory EHR, in accordance with criteria set forth by the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT), including certification for Child Health and Cardiovascular Medicine with optional Advanced Reporting.

Greenway will continue to renew and update CCHIT certification status or that of appropriate certification bodies as designated by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology in ONC's temporary and permanent meaningful use certification regulations currently pending a final rule.

Throughout this process, Greenway is offering the following guarantee:

Eligible professionals who utilize PrimeSuite technology toward Meaningful Use certification, but do not achieve funding because of a failure of PrimeSuite to meet Meaningful Use certification criteria, will be compensated equal to the amount of lost stimulus funds that would have been paid during the PrimeSuite compliance failure.
