Distance Learning Trainer

The Distance Learning Trainer is responsible for delivering instructor led virtual training to the Greenway client base. Follows the Best Practices prescribed training lesson plan and curriculum plan as designed. Works with the Systems Information Designer to select and develop teaching aids such as training manuals, demonstration models, computer tutorials, etc. Serves as a resource for designing, developing and implementing technical training programs. This position will be required to work in the Carrollton based office of the Greenway University Training Center.

Skills and Experience: The qualified candidate demonstrates knowledge of and application of adult learning principles. Demonstrates knowledge of computer software applications and the ability to learn new applications in clinical and non-clinical. Determines training objectives for clinical and non-clinical applications. BA/BS degree in Healthcare preferred. Qualified applicants must have 2-3 years experience. This role requires PrimeSuite Practice Management or PrimeSuite EHR (clinical) SME knowledge in order to understand complex and very mature functionality and industry standards including workflows. Internal Support, Systems Administrator 3

This position will be responsible for the provisioning and maintenance of the customer facing WAN. Using an in-depth knowledge of virtual private networking, routing and switching in a Cisco centric network the candidate will ensure that new customer sites are connected to the GCN. The candidate will also serve as the escalation point for Greenway Customer Support when connectivity to a customer site is disrupted. Using advanced diagnostic skills and concise communications the candidate will work directly with the IT support staff at the customer site to quickly resolve service impacting outages.

Skills and Experience: In depth understanding of Cisco IOS and IP telephony concepts. Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows, Internet Information Server and Microsoft Exchange. Basic knowledge of Linux operating system. Solid understanding of network architecture and protocols. Knowledge of Network Security fundamentals. Working knowledge of HTTP, FTP, DNS, Radius, Subnetting, SNMP, and mail routing. Strong analytical and diagnostics skills. Ability to analyze and understand the 'Big Picture'. Ability to interface with clients and peer at all levels. Education and Experience Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 5+ years supporting medium to large sized networks and complex IT systems. Tools Developer

The Tools Developer works on a project-by-project basis to act as a technical lead and design and implement business logic for internal and external customer facing applications. This position will work with internal stake holders, other developers, QA, and product managers in creating new and innovative tools to better analyze our business. The qualified candidate will understand requirements, implement designs, provide administration tools and documentation for specific projects.

Research Developer

This position is responsible for providing development, support, and project coordination for PrimeResearch. PrimeResearch focuses on the areas of quality, research, and public health. The individual filling this position will be involved in several, if not all these areas of PrimeResearch as Greenway strives to lead these innovative areas of healthcare. We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated individual, who is organized and able to juggle many simultaneous tasks. This individual should be able to work independently and demonstrates good judgment and prioritization skills.
 
The qualified individual will possess 4+ years of total software application programming experience and in addition 2+ years experience designing and developing applications on the Microsoft .Net and SQL Server platforms. Responsibilities of this individual will be to structure data according to known industry standards such as HL7, IHE, and HITSP. In addition to the standard data structures mentioned above, this individual willbe utilizingindustry infrastructure and delivery mechanisms. This includesstandards such as RFD, XD*, and NHIN CONNECT.Experience and knowledge in any of these areas of standards and interoperabilitywill beconsidered a plus. Customer Support Analyst

This position is responsible for resolving customer issues and questions to customer's satisfaction. This position requires good verbal and written communication skills, an analytical skill set, and an excellent attitude. Tasks include, but are not limited to, recommending configuration changes and system additions that optimize performance,answering how-to questions,providing solutions in a timely manner,assisting clients with their application needs, participating in after-hours pager rotation, and testing software changes as they relate to support issues.

In depth understanding of key technology and healthcare concepts required to sell complex solutions. Ability to clearly articulate business issues and solutions and negotiate at a ā€Cā€ level. Broad knowledge of and an interest in current physician office and hospital business challenges, products, and sales practices with at least 5 years direct outside sales experience, preferably to physicians, with a demonstrable pattern of success.
