W. Thomas Green, Jr.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Tommy Green is the founder of Greenway Medical Technologies and has served as Greenway's CEO and Chairman since the company's inception in 1998. Leveraging experience from several successful business ventures, Mr. Green was directly responsible for organizing interest in and action from a group of healthcare professionals to create Greenway Medical. Mr. Green led this group in development of ambulatory solutions that improve the delivery of healthcare for the consumer, the provider and the payer.

Mr. Green has owned, operated and sold several companies, including an automotive parts retailer and Greenway Corporation, Inc., a financial software firm. Greenway Corporation was sold in 1998 to The BISYS Group, Inc. (NYSE: BSG). Mr. Green holds several corporate and community leadership positions. He is the chairman of First National Bank of Georgia and WGNB Corporation in Carrollton, Georgia. He is past chairman of the Tanner Medical Foundation. Mr. Green serves as a board member and executive committee member of the State University of West Georgia Foundation.

He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.

Wyche T. Green, III
President

Wyche "Tee" Green has served as President of Greenway Medical Technologies since 2000 and is responsible for leading the company's strategic direction while managing day-to-day operations. He first joined Greenway Medical as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, working in that capacity one year before being promoted to President.

Mr. Green was the third employee hired by Greenway Corporation (financial), and worked in all areas of the company before it was acquired by The BISYS Group, Inc. Mr. Green served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BISYS until his return to Greenway.

Mr. Green is a member of the board of directors for R.W. Allen & Associates, Inc., the Community Foundation of West Georgia, First Georgia Banking Company, the West Georgia Habitat for Humanity, Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and Greenway Medical Technologies.

Mr. Green received a bachelor's degree in business administration management from Auburn University.

Noah Walley
Director

Noah Walley joined Investor Growth Capital (IGC) in 2003 as a Managing Director with the IT team, having previously spent five years as a General Partner with Morgan Stanley Venture Partners in New York. He joined Greenway's Board of Directors in May 2004.

Working out of IGC's New York office, Mr. Walley leads the company's efforts in the software and technology-based services areas. Mr. Walley has been active in venture capital investments since 1994. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he worked for venture capital firms Bachow & Associates and Desai Capital Management. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Walley worked at McKinsey & Company in New York. During his career, he has served on more than 15 private company boards.

Mr. Walley has a juris doctorate from Stanford Law School and earned master's and bachelor's degrees from Oxford University.

Thomas T. Richards
Director

Tom Richards is President and owner of Richards Mortgage Servicing, Inc., a financial service company that owns and services single family mortgages.

Mr. Richards joined Greenway Corporation in December 1994 as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, and held those positions through July 1996. He was a Director of Greenway Corporation from December 1994 until its dissolution in September 1998, and has served as Director of Greenway Medical Technologies since its formation.

Mr. Richards serves as a director of First National Bank of Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia where he is chairman of the executive committee, chairman of the audit committee and a member of the executive loan committee. He is also a board member of The Community Foundation of West Georgia, Tanner Medical Foundation and Live Oaks Emergency Shelter.

He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School.

Keith Aspinall
Director

Keith Aspinall is a Director and Partner in the Stockholm office of Bain & Company, Inc. He joined Greenway's Board of Directors in February 2005.

Since 2003, Mr. Aspinall has divided his time equally between Sweden and the United States. He joined Bain in 1980 and was elected to the partnership in 1985. In 1990, he was a member of the small team that negotiated the transition of Bain & Company from its founders to the partnership group as a whole. In 1993, he was a founding partner of the Stockholm office, which has now grown to more than 65 professionals.

Mr. Aspinall focuses on business-to-business products, with special emphasis on healthcare and industrial products. During the past five years, the majority of his work has been for clients who are principal investors in their businesses. He has addressed many senior executive forums on issues of core business strategy and growth. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Aspinall works with clients in all areas of strategy, including growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, distribution channels, market segmentation, and technology economics and assessment. Prior to joining Bain, Mr. Aspinall spent five years in international audit and information systems strategy in London.

Mr. Aspinall earned his master's in business administration from Harvard Business School with highest honors, graduating as a Baker Scholar. Mr. Aspinall is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the United Kingdom and a graduate of Oxford University where he received master's with honors in philosophy, politics and economics.

Walter Turek
Director

Walter Turek is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Paychex, Inc., a leading national provider of payroll and human resource services. Mr. Turek was named to his current position in 2002. He was Vice President of Sales from 1989 until 2002. Paychex, founded in 1971, is headquartered in Rochester, New York, and serves more than a half million clients from more than 100 locations across the United States. He joined Greenway's Board of Directors in January 2005.

In addition, Mr. Turek serves as president of Stromberg, a leading provider of time and attendance solutions; and president of Rapid Payroll, Inc., a California-based payroll software company. Both companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Paychex.

Mr. Turek joined Paychex in August 1981 and has served in numerous key management positions during his career with the company. He now oversees the company’s sales force of approximately 2,000 people. That includes Paychex Core Payroll, Major Market Services, and Human Resource Services. The company’s National Sales Support, Business Development, and Marketing departments also report to Mr. Turek. In addition, Mr. Turek oversees the company’s international efforts, which began with the recent expansion into the German marketplace.

Mr. Turek serves on the Board of Directors of BlueTie.com.

Mr. Turek holds an associate’s degree in business from Monroe Community College. He completed additional studies at Rochester Institute of Technology..

Neal Morrison
Director

Since 1996, Neal Morrison has been a Partner of Wachovia Capital Partners (formerly First Union Capital Partners), where he is focused on making investments in the healthcare industry. He joined Greenway's Board of Directors in 2006.

Prior to joining Wachovia Capital Partners, Mr. Morrison served as a Director of Wachovia's Healthcare Finance Group (formerly First Union's Healthcare Finance Group).

Mr. Morrison received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his graduate degree from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
