Greenway Certified Consultant — Greenway Certified Consultants are healthcare industry consultants who have completed Greenway certifications on PrimeSUITE®, Greenway’s fully integrated EHR, PM and interoperability solution. They have made a commitment to maintaining that certification and providing Greenway customers with superior services that complement Greenway’s industry-leading customer service.
Bronze Partner — Bronze Partners have demonstrated a commitment to support the growth of Greenway’s customer base by providing us with endorsements and new customer opportunities. This non-exclusive partnership provides a mutually beneficial relationship that promotes business growth for both organizations while growing the adoption of EHRs across the healthcare landscape.
Silver Partner — Silver Partners specialize in the implementation and training of organizations adopting an EHR. As Greenway continues to add to one of the most-satisfied customer bases in the industry, Silver Partners are eligible to provide their implementation and training support to these new customers.
These partners have completed an extensive Greenway training program that empowers them to supplement our own experts in delivering optimal customer support throughout the implementation process. Partners must maintain their certification and participate in continuing education to ensure they provide the most up-to-date services.
Gold Partner — In addition to Silver Partner certification, Gold Partners have completed further certification that enables them to articulate the benefits of PrimeSUITE to potential new customers. Partners must maintain their certification and participate in continuing education to ensure they provide the most up-to-date services.
Platinum Partner — A Greenway Platinum Partner is a Gold Partner that has demonstrated a superior ability to grow the market for PrimeSUITE, implement related hardware and software, train end-users, and provide Tier 1 support. Upon Greenway senior-level review and approval, Platinum Partners receive additional benefits, including the rights to engage larger-scale Greenway customer organizations.
