Eric L. Grunden

Vice President, Client Services

Eric L. GrundenEric Grunden joined Greenway Medical Technologies in July 2004 as Vice President of Client Services, bringing more than 18 years of experience in healthcare project management innovation and execution.

At Greenway, Mr. Grunden directs the implementation, deployment and training services of multidisciplinary health IT solutions for Greenway’s national provider, clinician and administrative customer base. During his tenure, Greenway has become an industry leader in customer satisfaction awards during a time of exponential company growth.

Prior to Greenway, he was the Regional Operations Manager for Alteer Corporation, managing all deployment projects for the Central and Eastern United States.

Mr. Grunden earned dual bachelor’s degrees in management and information systems management at Texas Tech University.

John Ayers

Vice President, Customer Support

John AyersJohn Ayers joined Greenway Medical Technologies in May 1998. As Vice President of Customer Support, he is responsible for supporting Greenway’s customers to help ensure they receive the best customer experience in the healthcare information technology industry.

Prior to joining Greenway Medical Technologies, Mr. Ayers worked for Greenway Corporation. There, he was responsible for customer service for check imaging and installations of peripheral systems on existing client check image systems.

Mr. Ayers attended the University of West Georgia.


James T. Ingram, MD, FACS

Chief Medical Officer

James T. IngramDr. Jim Ingram has been involved with electronic health records since 1993 while in active private practice in Carrollton, GA, and was one of the founding investors of Greenway Medical Technologies.

As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Ingram is involved in many aspects of the product design, development, training, medical content and practice relations at Greenway. He served on the CCHIT (Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology) as a member of the Ambulatory Work Group, and currently serves on the Advisory Panel for the SHARP-C grant for Clinical Decision Support at the University of Texas-Houston.

While in active practice in general surgery, thoracic and vascular surgery, Dr. Ingram served as Chief of Surgery and Director of Intensive Care for Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.

Dr. Ingram is a board-certified general surgeon who graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama Medical School, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his surgical residency at the University of Alabama Medical Center.


Bryan Koch

Vice President, Revenue Cycle Solutions

Bryan KochBryan Koch is responsible for developing strategic revenue cycle management service offerings for Greenway.

Mr. Koch has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare RCM, working in both the physician practice and institutional/hospital markets. Mr. Koch joined Greenway from Navicure, a leading Internet-based medical claims clearinghouse, where he was Vice President of Strategic Services.

Previously, Mr. Koch worked for Medac, Inc., a physician medical billing and practice management company, where he was Chief Operating Officer. At Medac, he grew the company to $23 million in revenue.

In addition, Mr. Koch worked at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he provided RCM consulting services to large hospital systems. He has also held leadership positions with Texas Health Resources, Metropolitan Hospital, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Mr. Koch graduated from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.


Bradford S. Tuggle

Vice President, Finance

Bradford S. TuggleBrad Tuggle joined Greenway Medical Technologies in 1998 after serving as Chief Financial Officer of Greenway Corporation. Today, Mr. Tuggle provides effective financial leadership for Greenway to grow value responsibly and in a profitable and sustainable manner. He is also responsible for arranging financing for Greenway’s customers.

Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Tuggle served as controller of Southwire Company’s Copper Division. Mr. Tuggle began his business career as an audit manager with Ernst & Young, LLP, and has more than 11 years of financial accounting experience.

Mr. Tuggle received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia State University.
