Tim Bell
Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer

Tim Bell joined Greenway in 1998 and has more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and data networking. Mr. Bell is responsible for the information technology and computer systems that support Greenway’s solutions and services.
Before joining the Company, Mr. Bell served as the Communications Officer for the U. S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL. There he led several military initiatives including service as senior technical adviser to the Commanding General on telecommunications and networking issues and program manager of the U.S. Army Missile Command Counter Drug Management Office supporting law enforcement agencies nationwide.
Mr. Bell has held numerous industry certifications and he received a degree in business administration from Darton College in Albany, Georgia.

Scott Fannin
Vice President, Consumer Services

Scott Fannin joined Greenway in March of 1999. He was promoted to Vice President of Consumer Services in 2011. Mr. Fannin previously served Greenway as a PrimeSUITE Software Developer, Product Design Director, PrimePATIENT Director and most recently leading all aspects of Greenway's patient portal product and PrimeSUITE On Demand offerings as Vice President of On Demand Services. His current responsibilities include managing Research & Development for Consumer Services' offerings and PrimeSUITE On Demand product lines.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Fannin worked as a software developer at Indigo Moon Productions, where he developed the game engine and graphical user interface for an online, multi-player video game.
Mr. Fannin received bachelor's degrees in English and economics from Bucknell University and his computer science degree from the University of Kentucky.

Rob Newman
Vice President, Interoperability Services

Rob Newman joined Greenway in 1998. He was promoted to Vice President for research and development for Greenway’s interoperability solution, PrimeEXCHANGE, in 2006. Mr. Newman previously served Greenway as a software developer and as a PrimeSUITE team lead. His current responsibilities include definition of requirements to meet customer needs, design, development and testing for this solution, and acting as the customer advocate for PrimeEXCHANGE.
Mr. Newman previously worked as a software developer for Greenway Corporation, where he assisted with the development of that company’s high-speed check sorter controller and multi-media storage and retrieval software. Prior to joining Greenway Corporation, he was employed for six years with Sales Technologies, a global leader in sales force automation software for the pharmaceutical industry, where he developed call management, multi-media and database interactive software.
Mr. Newman received a bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of West Georgia.

Venisa Hardin
Vice President, Provider Services

Venisa Hardin joined Greenway in May of 2001. She was promoted to Vice President of Provider Services Research and Development in 2010. She began her career at Greenway as the Lead Business Analyst for the Registration and Scheduling features in PrimeSUITE and was promoted to PrimeSUITE Product Director in 2003. As Product Director, she was responsible for managing the Product Management team, which represents the customer’s needs related to the product and is responsible for PrimeSUITE project prioritization, defining and documenting product designs and creation and maintenance of all reference documentation. Her current role involves managing, in addition to the Product Management team, the Development and Quality Assurance teams within Research and Development, as well as the Provider Services Roadmap.
Mrs. Hardin previously managed operations for a large hospital owned MSO including training, installation, support and billing operations, as well as a manager of community outreach and education programs for a regional hospital system, and also ran a family practice in Shreveport, LA.
Mrs. Hardin attended Louisiana State University.
